Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Respond effectively to emergency situations using critical thinking skills

- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active NC RN license or compact state eligibility
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with 2+ years experience)
- 2+ years acute care or ICU experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications maintained
- Strong proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Commitment to weekend availability (Sat/Sun 7a-7p)
