Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress using advanced electronic health records
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and hospital protocols
- Provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Nevada
- BSN degree or equivalent experience with current enrollment in BSN program
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care setting
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Demonstrated proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and crisis management abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts with potential holiday coverage
