Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precise attention to safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EHR systems
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Mentor new staff and uphold hospital excellence standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX RN)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications maintained
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts)
