Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse weekend shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient data accurately using our advanced EHR system
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and weekend shift rotations
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree or higher preferred
- 2+ years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with telehealth platforms a plus
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced weekend environments
- Excellent communication and electronic health record proficiency
