Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
- Conduct virtual health assessments via our telemedicine platform
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams using EHR systems
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
- Lead weekend care coordination for assigned patient panels
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior staff during on-call rotations
Qualifications
- Active NC RN license with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Telehealth or remote nursing experience preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- BSN degree or higher preferred
