Responsibilities
- Delicate patient assessments and care planning for weekend patient population

Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license (or compact license)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care weekend shift experience
- Proficiency in Epic EHR and IV therapy skills
- Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work occasional holiday weekends as needed
