Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication administration per care plans
- Monitor client health status and document care activities accurately
- Transport clients to appointments and community activities
- Engage clients in meaningful social activities to promote emotional well-being
- Maintain clean, safe home environments for clients
- Communicate effectively with families and care coordinators
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Reno
- Passionate about senior care with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Background check and TB clearance required
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
