Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and medication reminders
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in client health to care team
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry and meal prep
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities
- Maintain accurate care documentation and progress notes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screen
