Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, bathing, and medication reminders
- Monitor vital signs and document care progress using our digital health platform
- Transport clients to medical appointments and community activities

- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating home environment
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in using care documentation apps (training provided)
- Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility transfers
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
