Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to elderly or disabled clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain safe living environments
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and on schedule
- Document client care activities and observations in medical records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- Valid Missouri driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
