Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required.
- Remind clients to take medication on schedule.
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands as assigned.
- Document daily activities and care provided in the care plan.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience as a caregiver, Home Health Aide, or CNA is a plus but not required.
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
