Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Administer prescribed medications as directed
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Monitor vital signs and document care notes
- Engage clients in meaningful activities
- Maintain safe and clean home environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Ohio driver's license & reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check & drug screen
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate & patient personality
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
