Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and medication adherence while documenting care notes accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities using personal vehicle
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain safe, comfortable home environments
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation and improve quality of life
- Follow personalized care plans and communicate effectively with family members and care coordinators
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or certified nursing assistant (CNA) license
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
