Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and medication reminders
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping duties
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Monitor health status and report changes to care team

- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and health screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and compassion for elderly/disabled individuals
- Basic first aid/C certification preferred (training provided)
