Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and daily living assistance to elderly clients
- Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and medication reminders
- Prepare nutritious meals and maintain clean, safe home environments
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Monitor health conditions and report changes to care coordinators
- Document care activities and maintain accurate client records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant training
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly clients
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
