Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Support nursing staff with clinical procedures and treatments
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- CPR/BLS certification preferred (will train if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts (primarily weekday)
- Pass background check and drug screening
