Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff

Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
