Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Administer medications under supervision as per state regulations
- Maintain accurate resident records and care documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop care plans
- Support residents with emotional needs and recreational activities
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for transport duties)
