Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision and attention to detail
- Assist with mobility transfers using proper techniques to ensure patient safety
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders and facility protocols
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic health records
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care or long-term experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required (AHA preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
