Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document client health changes accurately
- Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping duties
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
- Maintain detailed care records and communicate with care team
Qualifications
- Current California Home Health Aide certification (HHA/CNA)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and TB screening
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Strong communication skills and empathy for vulnerable populations
- Physical ability to assist with transfers and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
