Responsibilities
- Process and submit medical claims to insurance companies with 99% accuracy
- Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage before service delivery
- Resolve claim denials and discrepancies through proactive follow-up
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer regulations
- Analyze aging reports and optimize accounts receivable workflows
- Collaborate with providers to ensure proper documentation and coding

Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Epic, Cerner, or NextGen billing systems
- Certification in CPC, COC, or CBCS preferred
