Responsibilities

- Maintain HIPAA-compliant electronic health records
- Train junior technicians on pharmacy software and procedures
- Collaborate with pharmacists on complex medication therapy plans
- Perform quality assurance checks and regulatory compliance audits
Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential required
- 3+ years of hospital pharmacy experience
- Advanced knowledge of compounding sterile preparations
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., Omnicell, QS/1)
- Strong attention to detail and error prevention skills
