Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision and minimal patient discomfort
- Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory testing
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Update electronic health records (EHR) with patient information and test results

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NCCT, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in venipuncture
- Valid Texas state phlebotomy license
