Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws following strict protocols
- Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory testing
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control standards
- Update patient records and verify test requisitions

- Operate and maintain phlebotomy equipment

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, AMT, or NHA)
- 1+ years of clinical blood draw experience
- Valid Texas CNA or Medical Assistant certification preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
