Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in ICU/Stepdown units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Adhere to JCAHO and hospital protocols
- Document patient records accurately
- Manage 4-6 patients per shift
- Participate in rapid response teams
Qualifications
- Active MA RN license
- 2+ years ICU experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Electronic health record proficiency
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
