Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize cases using standardized triage protocols
- Collaborate with physicians to develop immediate care plans for critical patients
- Document clinical encounters accurately in EHR systems with 99% precision
- Provide telehealth consultations to remote patients in underserved areas
- Train incoming staff on emergency response procedures and department protocols
- Monitor vital statistics and detect subtle changes in patient conditions
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California (CA RN # required)
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications with current renewal dates
- Proficiency in Epic EHR and telehealth platforms

- Spanish bilingual certification preferred
