Responsibilities
- Assess patient calls and determine appropriate medical urgency level
- Provide accurate triage recommendations per clinical protocols
- Document patient interactions and assessments in EHR systems
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams for complex cases

Qualifications
- Active RN license in California (CA RN)
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
