Responsibilities
- Assess patient triage needs using standardized protocols and clinical judgment
- Provide phone consultations for patients seeking urgent care advice

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 2 years emergency room or triage experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
