Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps
- Lead ethical impact assessments for autonomous systems and predictive algorithms
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies for diverse cultural perspectives
- Create audit protocols for algorithmic bias and transparency compliance
- Advise product teams on ethical design principles and risk mitigation
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Publish thought leadership on emerging ethical challenges in AI
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical scenario development
- Strong background in policy analysis and regulatory advocacy
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical teams
