- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations across AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech threats and opportunities
- Architect scalable solutions for hyper-personalized AI ecosystems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Ensure compliance with evolving global tech governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products (3+ launches)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or neuromorphic systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Certification in Quantum Computing Fundamentals (IBM/Google)
