Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the 2026 strategic technology roadmap, aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional futures-thinking workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop quantitative and qualitative frameworks for predicting technology adoption curves and societal shifts
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Produce executive-level foresight reports and scenario analyses for C-suite decision-making
- Champion innovation culture by identifying and nurturing emerging talent and breakthrough concepts
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory landscapes to anticipate strategic impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong quantitative modeling and data interpretation skills
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives in complex environments
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation strategy preferred
