Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to commercialization for 2026-2030 strategic initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable tech integration across industries
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and coordinate 15+ cross-disciplinary teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and external investors quarterly
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record launching 3+ technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech valuation and ROI projection
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
