Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, societal, and market trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for future uncertainties
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work evolution and digital transformation
- Advise executive leadership on long-term innovation investments and risk mitigation
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate trends into coherent narratives
- Certification in futures studies (e.g., CFCS) or advanced degree in relevant field
