- Develop and maintain a strategic innovation roadmap with 5-year market impact projections
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present futuristic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem of startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for emerging technologies
- Drive culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in relevant field (preferred)
