Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, neural interfaces) to develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps
- Lead R&D teams in prototyping next-generation solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 2026 Tech Horizon research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ tech disruption scenarios
- Expertise in agile development for complex R&D ecosystems
