Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in building prototype ecosystems for 2026-era smart cities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Partner with venture capital arms to incubate and scale breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Drive adoption of Web3.0 infrastructure across enterprise operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership with exponential tech focus
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to market (3+ exits or IPOs)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI ethics
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futurology
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ patented innovations
