Responsibilities

- Develop strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and leading academic institutions

- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies with $50M+ annual R&D budget
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 10+ years applied experience
- Published research in Nature Futures or IEEE Transactions on Foresight
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies ($100M+ impact)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI governance
- Experience briefing heads of state and Fortune 100 CEOs on strategic foresight
- Certification in Advanced Futures Methodology (AFM) from Foresight Institute
