Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 foresight framework using predictive analytics, trend mapping, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Produce quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports with actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Architect innovation pipelines aligned with 5-10 year market evolution
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for future market needs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and societal impact assessment
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., Shell Methodology) or foresight methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board audiences
