Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Author forward-looking strategic briefs for executive leadership and board committees
- Manage a $5M innovation incubator fund supporting 2026-relevant ventures
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future visions at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with demonstrable impact on 2020-2025 tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI governance)
- Published thought leadership on 2026 workforce or societal transformation
- Experience leading innovation budgets exceeding $3M
