Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology foresight frameworks by analyzing global innovation trends across AI, quantum, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Design strategic innovation portfolios aligned with 2026 sustainability and regulatory targets
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 5+ year commercial viability
- Present visionary roadmaps to investors and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Build external innovation ecosystems through strategic partnerships with academic institutions
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent advanced degree in relevant field
- Published thought leadership on long-term technology disruption (white papers, patents)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Fluency in English with advanced analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
