Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with C-suite executives and government partners
- Curate annual '2026 Horizon Report' predicting disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design and prototype next-generation human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Secure $50M+ in R&D grants and strategic partnerships for frontier technologies
- Mentor a team of 15 futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech firms
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and exponential frameworks
