- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and organizational strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging challenges in climate resilience, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics frameworks
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts while fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing published future outlooks, innovation frameworks, or strategic foresight projects
