Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to develop 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof products and services
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable recommendations for R&D investments
- Represent the company at global tech summits and futurist forums
- Mentor internal teams on future literacy and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5-year+ technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation (journal articles, white papers)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
