Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product/service concepts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board committees
- Identify and assess disruptive technologies for potential acquisition partnerships
- Author quarterly trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Innovation Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech domains
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., CFIP, foresight practitioner)
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-oriented projects delivered to market
