Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios and solution frameworks
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to forecast market opportunities and risks
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with compelling visual narratives
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) in enterprise contexts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record of developing successful future-focused strategies for large enterprises
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (Web3, AGI, sustainable tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive leadership teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals preferred
