- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and white papers positioning clients as industry pioneers
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts for ongoing intelligence gathering
- Quantify market opportunities and disruption risks using data modeling and predictive analytics
- Mentor junior strategists while establishing best practices for organizational foresight maturity
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal implications
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis skills with published thought leadership
- Executive-level communication ability to translate complex foresight into compelling business narratives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) or innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic interventions that generated measurable business impact
