- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and decision-making
- Manage cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions for future markets
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Build and maintain a future-focused innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-oriented initiatives in complex environments
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Certification in foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP) preferred
