As a key member of our Future Labs division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, technologists, and researchers to identify breakthrough opportunities. You'll leverage data-driven insights, scenario planning, and emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop forward-looking strategies that position organizations at the forefront of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Design and lead innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients to co-create future-ready business models
- Develop strategic frameworks integrating AI, blockchain, and sustainable technologies
- Produce executive reports with actionable recommendations for competitive advantage
- Manage cross-functional teams executing prototype development and pilot programs
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic visions at industry conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
