Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends (2025-2030) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and research teams
- Author visionary white papers on future-proofing business models
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout breakthrough startups
- Design and execute horizon-scanning methodologies using AI-powered trend analysis
- Present foresight insights to executive board and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial initiatives
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend forecasting
- Strong network within futurist communities (APF, WFS, etc.)
- Proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Palantir)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
