Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and market disruptors pre-2026
- Develop predictive models for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence scenarios
- Architect strategic roadmaps for enterprise adoption of emerging technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term corporate vision
- Present futuristic insights to Fortune 500 partners and government agencies
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with measurable impact
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in HBR, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
